non-Hodgkin's lymphoma:

- recurrent or himioustoichive b-cell, CD20-positive, low grade or follicular;

- follicular lymphoma stage III–IV in combination with chemotherapy in previously untreated patients;

- follicular lymphoma as maintenance therapy after response to induction therapy;

- CD20-positive diffuse large b-cell, in combination with chemotherapy scheme CHOP;

chronic lymphocytic leukemia:

- in combination with chemotherapy in patients not previously treated with standard therapy.
