Sheet thickness:

- ferrous metal - from 0.5 to 20 mm;

- galvanized metal - from 0.5 mm;

- stainless steel - from 0.5 to 10 mm;

- aluminum - from 0.5 to 8 mm.

Orders are accepted in electronic form with a scale of 1: 1, in the following formats:

- .dxf;

- .dwg (AutoCAD);

- .SLDDRW (SolidWorks);

- .cdw (Compass).

For quick order processing: indicate the designation, thickness, material and quantity in the file name (for example, "Plate (S4.0 - St.3 - 32 pcs)").

Also orders for laser cutting are accepted in the form of drawings, sketches, pdf-files. We carry out orders both from our own metal (at the prices of metal base), and from metal provided by the customer.

The cost of manufacturing parts is calculated individually for each customer and depends on the volume of the order.

Bending is carried out on high-precision equipment from Ermaksan. This equipment allows you to bend parts of varying degrees of complexity. Bending of metal is carried out using a powerful hydraulic press with a variety of sets of punches and dies.

We provide services of professional high-quality powder coating of metal products, various metal structures and details of any complexity. Doors, gates, commercial equipment, forged products, aluminum profiles, flat surfaces, metal furniture, wheels, frames, stairs, fences, etc.

Color selection is carried out according to the RAL catalog. In our work we use powder paints of well-known, well-established European manufacturers.
