Burner for burning solid fuel in a dusty state

The burner device for burning solid fuel in a powdered state is a hollow axially located cylinders made of heat-resistant stainless steel.

Fuel is supplied through the internal cylinder. Between the inner cylindrical surface and the central body there is an axial blade swirler installed at a certain angle to the channel axis to swirl the dusty fuel flow.

Secondary air is supplied by means of a fan into the space between the cylindrical surfaces. There are also devices (swirlers) installed at an angle to swirl the secondary air flow.

The secondary air is supplied by a fan. There is a docking surface for the fan. The fan is not included.

Basic geometric parameters. The diameter of the fuel supply cylinder is F - 76 mm. The diameter of the secondary air supply cylinder is F - 108 mm. The cross-section of the fuel supply pipe is 76 mm. The working length of the cylinders is 300 mm. The total length of the burner is 390 mm.
