Description

UZM - 3.0 P – flow infrared pasteurizer with heat recovery and a complete set of heater PM and 3.0. It is intended for pasteurization of milk in a stream not more than 3 tons. Used in the production of cheese, when the separation, when nursing it is impossible calves, etc.

Milk from the tank (1) enters the heat exchanger (2), where it is heated to 62 degrees, not by consumption, and by taking heat from pasteurized milk. Then the milk enters into the heating chamber (3), where it is heated to 76 degrees (the temperature of pasteurization can be adjusted). From the chamber heating the milk returns to the heat exchanger (2), where it gives up heat to the raw milk. From the heat exchanger the milk enters the heater, PM - 2,0, where it is heated to a predetermined temperature in the range of 35 - 40 degrees. Then on the hose for future use.

Flow-through pasteurizer UZM - P 3.0 have high efficiency. Electricity consumption can be reduced significantly if the pasteurization the milk is heated by steam or hot water to 10 - 15 degrees.
