Description

Pasteurizer UZM - 0.2E are characterized by a high degree of automation and minimal human involvement.

The capacitive pasteurizer UZM - 0.2E is designed for pasteurization and disinfection of milk with a volume of no more than 200 liters. It is used for feeding calves with disinfected milk, in the production of cheeses, for pasteurization of milk before packaging or selling from a container.
Milk from the container (1) enters the infrared heating chamber (2), then into the flow-through water cooler (3), and returns to the container. As long as the temperature of the milk in the container (1) is below the preset pasteurization temperature and the heating is on in the infrared heating chamber (1), water is not supplied to the instantaneous water cooler (3) and the milk is not cooled in it. The milk is circulated until it is heated to pasteurization temperature. Then the heating in the infrared heating chamber (2) is turned off, and the milk is kept at this temperature for 30 minutes. Then water is supplied to the flow-through water cooler (3), and the milk that continues to circulate is cooled to the set temperature. After the milk has cooled, the pasteurizer turns off and the milk remains in the container until needed. Then it is pumped out of the container through a hose, and the pasteurizer is washed in a circulating way.
