Description

UZM - 1.0GR - flow-through infrared pasteurizer with heat recovery with a capacity of 1 t / h. Designed for pasteurization in a stream of wines and juices. The temperature of the pasteurized product at the outlet of the UZM - 1.0GR is 50 - 55 degrees, so that it can be immediately sent to hot filling.

Wine (juice) from the container (1) enters the heat recuperator (2), where it is heated up to 73 degrees not due to electricity consumption, but due to the extraction of heat from the pasteurized product. Then the product enters the heating chamber (3), where it is heated to 92 degrees (the pasteurization temperature can be adjusted). From the heating chamber, it enters the holding tank, where it is kept at a temperature of 92 degrees for 40 seconds. The modes of pasteurization of wines and juices are more stringent than the modes of pasteurization of milk, because the spore microflora contained in these products is more resistant to temperature effects than the bacteria contained in milk. After aging, the wine (juice) returns to the recuperator (2), where it gives off heat to the raw product. From the recuperator, the product enters the PM - 1.0 heater, where it is heated to a predetermined temperature in the range of 50 - 55 degrees. Then it is fed through a hose to hot filling.

The flow-through pasteurizer UZM - 1.0GR is characterized by high productivity. Electricity consumption can be significantly reduced if the product is heated with steam or hot water to 10 - 15 degrees before pasteurization.
