UZM - 3.0P - flow-through infrared pasteurizer with heat recovery and a complete set with a PM - 3.0 heater. Designed for pasteurization of milk in a stream in an amount not exceeding 3 tons. It is used in the production of cheese, during separation, when feeding calves, etc.
Milk from the container (1) enters the heat recuperator (2), where it is heated up to 62 degrees not due to electricity consumption, but due to the extraction of heat from pasteurized milk. Then the milk enters the heating chamber (3), where it is heated up to 76 degrees (pasteurization temperature can be adjusted). From the heating chamber, the milk returns to the recuperator (2), where it gives off heat to the raw milk. From the recuperator the milk is fed into the PM - 2.0 heater, where it is heated to a predetermined temperature within 35 - 40 degrees. Then it is fed through the hose for further use.
The flow-through pasteurizer UZM - 3.0P is characterized by high productivity. Electricity consumption can be significantly reduced if milk is heated with steam or hot water to 10 - 15 degrees before pasteurization.
