Working production facility with equipment (private property) in Svetlovodsk, Kirovograd region.

Specialization: mechanical workshop for production of non-standard equipment, high temperature vacuum systems, processing of graphite and manufacture of carbon-carbon composite materials.

Three major United together building a total area of 13824 sq. m. are:

1-storey 4-Bay industrial building 72m x 90M, only 6480 sq. m, ceiling height of 7.5 m, air 6 crane beams with load capacity of 5 t;

4-storey production building 18m x 72 m, a total of 5184 sq. m, ceiling height of 4.5 m, there are storage rooms

5-storey administrative-household building – 2000,0 square meters, ceiling height of 3.0 m.

One storey, 4-storey and 5-storey building is a single T-shaped object with 3 ladder compartments , 3 passenger and one cargo lift 2000 kg.

All three buildings are constructed of precast concrete. Building

The plot size 140m x 122 m, overall 17080 m2 ( in process),

including land - 8764,0 sq. m buildings – sq. m. 8316,0

It is possible to connect to the gas supply: to the medium pressure gas pipeline in 500 m . The shop has a gas distributing and metering.

There is a transformer substation of 1.6 MW, the cabling and busbars for all buildings.

It is easy to convert the production to other products. In the presence of several generic groups of equipment: the procurement, lathe, milling, grinding, boring, drilling, pressing, erosion, heat treatment furnaces: a total of about 200 units.

The industrial complex is located along the highway SVITLOVODS'k-Kremenchug 10 km from the City and 12 km from Kremenchug on the lands of the Pavlovsk village Council.

The owners of the complex will provide help and assistance to the Buyer in all necessary approvals in enforcement and licensing services.
