For example, it has been established that the use of pear powder in the process of activating baker's pressed yeast has a positive effect on their lifting power. it was found that the introduction of pear powder in the amount of 1.5% of the mass of flour at the stage of activation of pressed baker's yeast allows to reduce the duration of the activation process by 1 hour. In it, the mass fraction of pectin is 12.8%, and the mass fraction of fiber is 37.0%. Pear powder has no limits on maximum permissible concentration (MPC) or LD 50, as it is a completely natural product that has not undergone any chemical treatment.
