The electric case belongs to devices of 1 class according to GOST 52161.1-2004. Protection against electric shock is provided by the main insulation and protective earthing. Inside the body of the drying cabinet is mounted a section with tubular emitters (electric heaters), which set a certain range of infrared radiation.

In the case of an electric case there are guides on which through apertures in a forward wall mesh sheets are inserted and there is a pallet below for collecting the products which crumble in the course of drying through mesh sheets.

The electrical cabinet has a hinged metal lid, which can be fixed during drying to remove moisture from the original products. In the closed position, the cabinet can be used for heating / cooking.

The principle of operation of the drying cabinet is based on a combined radiation-convective method of drying products. In this method, the evaporation of moisture occurs by thermoradiation heating by infrared radiation of a certain range of wavelengths, and the removal of moisture - due to convective flows of the vapor-air mixture.
