And also as a material for conveyor belts in conveyors of furnaces, outlet pipes of gas turbines and motors. AISI 309 - 20X20H14C2 (EI211). 20X20H14C2 is one of the grades of heat-resistant high-alloy steel. The composition of the alloy includes up to 22% chromium and up to 15% nickel, which allows us to call this type of metal a chromium-nickel alloy. Also, 2-3% silicon, no more than 1.5% manganese, 0.3% copper, titanium no more than 0.2%, phosphorus no more than 0.035% and 0.025% sulfur are used as additives to the charge. Forging temperature of steel 20X20H14S2 - 1170 °C at the beginning of the process and 850 °C at the end. Billets 20X20H14C2 with a cross section of up to 350 millimeters are cooled in air. AISI 314 - 20Kh25N20S2 (EI283). Steel 20Kh25N20S2 is used in the furnace industry for the manufacture of sheet parts for furnace rollers, suspensions and supports in boilers, furnace screens for operation at temperatures up to 1100 ° C. Steel is smelted in open electric furnaces. The temperature of the beginning of forging is 1170 ° C, the end is 850 ° C. The recommended heat treatment mode is quenching from 1100-1200 ° C in air or in water. |
