Edge rewinding device UPK-1 (length counter)

UPK-1 is intended for rewinding of furniture edge from reel to reel with simultaneous measurement of the length of the rewound edge.

The error is no more than ± 0.5%. On the counter display - five digits, the first three display meters, the last two - centimeters. The accuracy displayed on the scoreboard is 1 cm.

Countdown - forward and backward.

The inclined arrangement of the bobbins reduces the footprint and makes the rewinding process easier and more convenient. Maxim. bobbin diameter - 800 mm. Int. the diameter of the pay-off bobbins is 80 - 350 mm. Rewinding is done manually. To facilitate rewinding, the handle of the rewinding disc can be repositioned.

The device is powered from the mains via a 12V adapter.

We recommend purchasing an edge cutting knife. The knife is supplied on request, designed for cutting off the edge after unwinding the cut to the desired length. The cost of the knife is not included in the cost of the UPK-1.
